At Evirgen Entertainment Singapore, all bookings for artists, performers, and entertainment services are non-refundable once confirmed. This policy applies to all events, shows, and performances booked through us.
A refund will only be issued in the rare event that Evirgen Entertainment Singapore must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered either:
A full refund of the booking amount, or
The option to reschedule the performance at no additional cost.
We encourage clients to review all event details carefully before confirming a booking to avoid misunderstandings.
